The hotel is perfect, close to the metro station and in a nice area not far from the center. The rooms are very clean, look newly opened, but a bit small, just for sleeping. The service is excellent, very courteous, and friendly, making me feel like the only guest in the property. The location is ideal, close to the metro line, and within walking distance of the city center. Dining is fresh with a good variety for breakfast. Overall, a great stay with friendly staff.

Upon arrival, my room wasn't ready until 10 minutes after the check-in time, but the lady at reception kindly took the time to share some great recommendations for exploring Milan. The room looked nice and new, although I couldn't fully open the bathroom door due to its position near the toilet.
